These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReviewIntel ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), an AI-powered competitive review intelligence platform. By accessing or using ReviewIntel, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

ReviewIntel is an AI-powered platform that collects and analyzes publicly available customer reviews from third-party platforms including Amazon, Google, Trustpilot, and brand websites. The Service provides sentiment analysis, theme detection, competitive intelligence reports, and weekly email digests to help businesses make data-driven decisions.

3. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. Your trial will automatically expire after 7 days unless you subscribe to a paid plan. We will not charge you anything during or after the trial unless you actively choose to subscribe.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • The Service is available for $29 per month after your free trial ends.
  • Billing is recurring on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • No refunds are issued for partial months. When you cancel, you retain access through the end of your current billing period.
  • Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the ReviewIntel platform or its outputs using automated tools.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any data, reports, or insights obtained through the Service without our written permission.
  • Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
  • Impersonate another person or entity when using the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Third-Party Data and Scraping Disclaimer

ReviewIntel collects and analyzes publicly available review data from third-party platforms including Amazon, Google, Trustpilot, and public brand websites. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon, Google, Trustpilot, or any other third-party platform.

The reviews we collect are publicly posted by consumers. ReviewIntel aggregates and analyzes this data to generate competitive intelligence. You are solely responsible for how you use the insights and data provided by the Service. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of third-party review data.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Reports, insights, summaries, and recommendations generated by ReviewIntel are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional business advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional counsel.

You should independently verify any AI-generated insights before making business decisions. ReviewIntel is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Our property: The ReviewIntel platform, including its design, code, AI models, algorithms, and branding, is owned by ReviewIntel and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • Your property: You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including your tracked brand configurations and account information. Reports generated by the Service based on your configuration are licensed to you for your business use.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • ReviewIntel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

  • By you: You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing andy@reviewintel.ai.
  • By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except where prohibited by law or where your actions require immediate action.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email to the address associated with your account before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
